To get the most out of TicketFlow, please follow these steps

  1. Select the Accounts group: The first step is to navigate to the "Accounts"group on the right-hand side of the screen. This is where you will begin to manage your various accounts.

  2. Create an "Accounts" group: To organise your accounts efficiently, it is important to create separate Account Groups for different regions. Note that you cannot combine different countries into a single account group. For example, you cannot create a "Ticketmaster Germany" group and add UK accounts to it. Instead, create a separate account group for each region you wish to manage. To create an account group, click 'Create Account Group'. The first thing you can do is give your group a descriptive name. For example, you could call it "Ticketmaster UK Accounts". Select the desired site: Next, select the platform you want to work on, in this case "Ticketmaster". Define the region: Select the region, for example "UK" for the United Kingdom.

  3. Add your accounts: Once you have successfully created the account group, you can add your Ticketmaster accounts. All you need is the email address and password for each account. To avoid mistakes in the future, we recommend that you make sure the passwords you enter are correct by manually logging in to each account.

  4. Repeat the process for additional sites: You can repeat this process for any site we offer. This means you can add as many accounts as you need.
