Add your Viagogo account:

To add your Viagogo account in TicketFlow, simply follow the same steps as for Ticket Supplier, except this time select the "Viagogo" account group.

The email and password fields are self-explanatory, and will require the appropriate credentials from your Viagogo account.

One thing that may be new to some is the use of IMAP. If you're not familiar with it, don't worry, we'll explain it in more detail on the next page.

Important with Gmail:

If you're using Gmail, it's important to note that the password you need isn't the generic Gmail password. Instead, you'll need to create an "app password" to connect Gmail to TicketFlow. This app password will allow you to access your Gmail account without revealing your main password.
