The "Action" tab

Explanation from the "Action" tab:

In the "Action" tab, you will find several features to help you list tickets on Viagogo.

The "V" icon:

In this section you will find a "V" icon. When you click it, all the information we got from scraping the ticket will appear at the top. This includes important details such as event information, seat data and prices.

At the bottom of the page, you will be asked to enter certain information to ensure the ticket is successfully listed on Viagogo. This information is crucial to ensure a smooth listing. Make sure you enter all of the required information correctly, including event information, seat location, and ticket price.

Once you have entered all of the required information, click the "Confirm Listing" button. This step will list the ticket on Viagogo. It is important to ensure that all information is correct before confirming.

To monitor the progress of the listing process, you can go to the Tasks tab in the top right corner. Here you can see the current status of the process, from ticket entry to listing confirmation.

Once successfully listed on viagogo, the ticket will appear in the inventory as "listed on viagogo" as mentioned above.

The Editor Pen is a tool that makes it easy to customise ticket information.

Here is how to use it:

Select a ticket: First select the ticket you want to edit. To do this, click on the ticket in your inventory.

Use the Editor Pen: In the ticket view you will find the editor pen, often in the form of a pencil icon or similar. Click it to activate the edit mode.

Edit the ticket information: In editor pen mode, you can edit various details of your ticket.

Add Viagogo listings manually to TicketFlow:

If you already have tickets listed on Viagogo, but not through TicketFlow, you can manually link them. Here's how to do it:

Find the ticket you want to link to Viagogo. You will need your Viagogo account email and the listing number of the ticket already listed on Viagogo. Click on the ticket you want to link to in your inventory and go to the edit options. Here you will find an option to link to an existing Viagogo listing. Enter the email address associated with your Viagogo account and the listing number of the ticket already listed on Viagogo. Review the information you have entered and click 'Confirm' to create the link.
